Chauffeur Service Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Gerry Murphy Chauffeur Services ltd to our guests. By using our chauffeur services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our services.
1. Booking and Reservations
1.1 Reservations: Bookings must be made in advance via our website, phone, or email. All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by the Company.
1.2 Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation for your booking, which will include a scheduled itinerary of travels.
1.3 Booking Changes or Cancellations: Where a guest cancels an Irish trip we endeavour to reschedule. Please note that hotels may charge cancellation fees. Where a trip is cancelled indefinitely by the guest, 50% of fees will be refunded. When you return in the future for another trip the remaining will be applied. Charges may incur depending on hotel policies for cancellations.
2. Fees and Payment
2.1 Service Fees: The pricing for services will be communicated during the booking process and may vary depending on the type of service, distance, time, and vehicle type.
2.2 Payment: Payment for services must be made at the time of booking. This is 20% deposit upon booking for the Ireland touring trip and separately full hotel payment is required upon booking. Balance of payment due 21 days before Ireland tour commencement. We accept payment by bank transfer. All monies are EURO (€).
3. Vehicle Use and Conditions
3.1 Vehicle Condition: The Company will provide a clean and well-maintained vehicle for your journey. Customers are expected to treat the vehicle with care and respect.
3.2 Smoking and Alcohol: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles. Alcohol may only be consumed in the vehicle if pre-approved by the Company and in accordance with local laws and regulations.
3.3 Day Trips: Upon booking of day trips around Ireland these must be paid in full at time of booking to secure the dates. If tour is cancelled 21 day prior we will Endeavour to Reschedule as soon as availability arises.
4. Liability and Indemnification
4.1 Limitation of Liability: The Company will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from delays, accidents, vehicle malfunctions, or any other circumstances beyond our control.
4.2 Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from your actions or failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
5. Force Majeure
The Company is not liable for failure to provide services if such failure is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to, weather conditions, traffic conditions, accidents, or mechanical failures.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
6.1 Personal Data: The Company will collect and use personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of your data for the purpose of providing chauffeur services.
6.2 Confidentiality: Any personal information shared with the Company will be kept confidential and not shared with third parties, except as required by law or as necessary to provide the requested service.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
7.1 Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland depending on the jurisdiction we are in, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions
The Company reserves the right to modify, update, or change these Terms at any time. All changes will be posted on our website, and the updated Terms will apply to all bookings made after the date of the change.

If the service your chauffeur has provided is to your satisfaction…You may want to show your appreciation with a gratuity…This is customary for Chauffeur service worldwide….It is a private and gratuity should be in an envelope and handled at end of tour….
